Although this shape looks quite irregular from many viewpoints, all the edges are actually the same length - measure some to check it out. View3 shows that the vertices all fall on points in a square grid; turn on "XYZ point" under the Tools menu and click on vertices to get their coordinates (the central blue vertex is at the origin and all edges = 2.0). This arrangement represents the relationships of sequences of length 2 where each position has three possible values.
